Forex invest Share

is a private Venture Capital Club comprises risk-adverse investors and entrepreneurs. We only invest our funds in global companies that are selling their products or services and adopt the Venture Capital strategy.


Our main focus is on the following of non-US ventures:

Specie Invest does PIPE (Private Investment in Public Equity) financings for operating companies that use the Venture Capital strategy.

We acquire private non-US companies in countries that their governments have good support for private enterprises. These private companies must have the potential to export their products globally..



We are a group of private individuals, most of our teammates are professional bankers and traders, and some of them have good years of business and financial related experience. Our group is made up of American, Australian, Asian and European people, thus we are able to watch and trade on the different markets almost 24 hours a day.
